2. Accounts

You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. Products & health disclaimer

Our products are based on homeopathy and wellness principles. Read dosage and precaution information on every product label. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for serious or persistent conditions. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

4. Orders & payments

Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
All payments are processed by Razorpay.
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud or unavailable stock; payments are refunded in full.

5. Referral programme (5-level)

Earnings are tied only to actual product sales — there is no enrolment fee and no income from sign-ups.
Direct referrals are Level 1; indirect levels go up to Level 5. No commission accrues beyond Level 5.
Commission percentages are published in your dashboard and are subject to change with prior notice.
Commissions are credited as owed when an order is paid, and marked paid once settled to your bank account by our team.
You agree to comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and applicable tax laws (GST, TDS u/s 194H).
We may suspend earnings or accounts in cases of fraud, refund spikes, or guideline breach.

6. Earnings disclaimer

Referral earnings vary based on actual sales, team activity, and company-approved rules. No income is guaranteed.

7. Payouts

Payouts are processed to your verified UPI ID or bank account on file. TDS will be deducted at applicable rates. Minimum payout amount and processing windows are listed in your dashboard.

8. Intellectual property

All product names, copy, and imagery on this site are the property of Dr. Rao's Homeocare or its licensors.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Hyderabad.
