Refund & Returns Policy

Draft notice: Confirm return window and exchange process with your operations team before launch.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products. Items must be in original packaging with batch/expiry labels intact.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety).
• Custom combo bundles after expiry of validity.
• Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase.

How to request

Email care@drraohomeocare.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a free pickup where serviceable. Otherwise we'll share a self-ship address — the courier fee is reimbursed up to ₹100.

Refund timeline

• Inspection on receipt: 2–3 business days.
• Refund to original payment method: 5–7 business days after approval.
• Wallet credit (optional): instant on approval.

Cancelled orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Impact on commissions

When an order is refunded, any related referral commissions are reversed automatically.
