Dr. Rao's Homeocare ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through our website and mobile-app experience.

2. What we collect

Account details: name, email, mobile, password (hashed by Firebase Auth).
Sponsor ID and referral chain for our 5-level network programme.
Order & delivery details: items, address, GST invoice data.
Payment metadata from Razorpay (we do not store card numbers).
Wallet balance, commission ledger, and payout method details (UPI / bank).
KYC documents you upload when requesting payouts.
Cookies and device data for session continuity and analytics.

3. How we use it

To process orders, deliveries, and refunds.
To calculate referral commissions across up to 5 levels.
To pay commission earnings via UPI / bank transfer.
To meet our tax (GST, TDS) and direct-selling compliance obligations.
To send service emails (order confirmation, payout updates).
To improve product recommendations and prevent fraud.

4. Sharing

We share data with: Razorpay (payments), our delivery partners, tax authorities as required by law, and providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to care@drraohomeocare.com. Some records (orders, commission ledger, KYC) must be retained for tax and audit purposes.

6. Security

Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth. All payments flow through Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. We maintain strict server-side controls so user wallets and commission ledgers can never be modified from the browser.
