Processing time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days
• Rural pincodes: 5–8 business days

Shipping charges

A flat delivery fee of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹999. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. Status also reflects in your account under My Orders.

Undeliverable addresses

If we cannot reach you after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Re-shipment may attract a re-delivery fee.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, refuse delivery if possible and email drraosfamily@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
